Description

Kräftige, beidseitig doppelt gekehlte Klinge (fleckig), am Rücken die geätzte Signatur der Manufaktur Chatellerault "Mre Impale de Chat - Mai 1864 - Caraber Mle 1854". Messingbügelgefäß (Abnahmestempel und Zahl "521" am Griffbügel, kleine vakante Bohrung am Stichblatt) mit drei Terzspangen, belederte Hilze mit Resten der Messingdrahtwicklung (vordere zwei Wicklungen gekürzt). In schwerer Eisenscheide (rostig) mit zwei beweglichen Trageringen. Partiell leicht beschädigt, Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren. Länge 119 cm. Selten und gut erhalten.
