Description

Double-edged blade with slender double fuller on both sides. The robust ricasso entirely fullered. Iron swept hilt, the obverse chiselled and engraved with scrolling flowers. The pas d’âne on the obverse with perforated shell guard. Grip with iron wire wrap and Turk's heads. Oval, laterally ridged pommel with ambilateral décor. Length 112 cm.

The pre-sale view will take place from April 22 - to April 26 as well as on Friday May 2nd and Monday May 5th in our auction rooms at Bretonischer Ring 3 in 85630 Grasbrunn / Munich from 11 am to 5 pm (CEST).
