Silber, partiell vergoldet. Die Griffe mit reliefiertem Blüten- und Muschelwerk verziert. Laffe, Klinge und Schaufel teils floral durchbrochen gearbeitet und fein graviert. Alle Teile mit Beschauzeichen und Meistermarke "HG". Im Originaletui mit roter Samteinlage und bezeichnet "BIJOUTERIE-ORFEVRERIE M. Martin Paris". Länge Besteckteile 16 - 19,7 cm, Gewicht 142 g.
