Korpus aus schwarzem Leder mit schwarzem Wollfilz-Kuvert und silbernem Schnurbesatz sowie umlaufender Mustertresse (gedunkelt), vergoldete Messingbeschläge. Strahlenförmiges Emblem mit der Verbandsnummer "3" im Zentrum, samtunterfütterte Messing-Kinnkette an plastischen Löwenköpfen. Wollpompon und Eisenblechkokarde in den französischen Farben. Schwarzes Lederlaschenfutter. Partiell leicht beschädigt, Trage- und Altersspuren.
