Massiver, durchbrochener Schlüssel aus feuervergoldeter Bronze mit gekrönter Chiffre "FWR". Die rückgabepflichtigen Schlüssel wurden so bis 1918 verliehen. Länge 16 cm. Vernähtes Portepee in Form einer gefältelten Rosette aus gewässerter hellblauer Seide. Im hellroten Verleihungsetui (die Befestigungsknöpfchen und ein Verschluss fehlen).
