Halskreuz aus Gold, farbig emailliert, mit mehrteiligen Medaillons (das rs. lose - the back medallion loose). Breite 51 mm, Gewicht ca. 30,5 g. Das dunkelbraun belederte Etui (fleckig) mit goldener Deckelprägung "H.E.K. IIA.", dunkellilafarbener, aufklappbarer Samteinsatz, darunter das konfektionierte Halsband. Im Deckelfutter das goldene Logo von Friedländer, Berlin.
