Description

Broad blade with undulating cutting edges on both sides. Long ricasso with two sturdy guards, the leather cover renewed. A large, brass-inlaid Passau wolf mark at the root of the blade. Smith's mark stamped on both sides of the ricasso. Blackened, iron quillons, the ends both extending into three decorative spirals. The large guard rings on both sides with inserted fleur-de-lys ornaments. The leather cover of the grip replaced. Heavy, blackened, double tapered pommel. Length 183 cm.
