Description

White and blue glazed terracotta in the shape of a woman wearing laurel wreath and tunic. Pedestal marked as Hope in German letters ("Hoffnung"). Damages due to age, chippings, fire cracks. Smaller piece to the right hand missing. Probably formerly used as a crest for a noble fayance oven. Condition: III - Questions about the lot?
