On top of the breech marked "T" and Austrian double eagle plus "870" (=1870); on the left hand side "L.Gasser Wien". Chequered hardwood grips. Lanyard ring. No bluing left. Length 32,5 cm. Corresponds to the very rare Navy version of the Gasser revolver, but is most likely the child of a capable gun smith. Check it out in "Geschichte und Technik der eurpäischen Militärrevolver", Vol. 2, S. 814. The coherent impression notwithstanding this item is most likely a relic of a capable gun smith rather than an original Gasser Navy revolver. Attention - For this gun we will need to obtain an export license for you, based on your import permit (if needed in your country) or through your firearms dealer.
