At the breech gold-inlaid signature "Geeringkx à Paris". The base of the barrel with number "1". Mark "LB" with crown struck at the bottom of the barrel. Lock with raised gold inlays. Elaborately carved ebony half stock with iron furniture richly inlaid in gold. Barrel lightly pitted in places, cracks in the forestock, the butt with restored break. Length 43.5 cm.F.P.
