Description

Smoothbore octagonal barrel, cal. 21.5 mm. Top left of the breech marked "E", on top remainders of a mark. Iron front sight, finely cut tunnelled brass rear sight. Rectangular pan with hinged cover, fire shield engraved on the top edge. Matchlock with rectangular lockplate, line work and finely engraved cock. Dark walnut full stock, the areas around the tang, the side plate, both sides of the butt stock and the trigger guard area with inlays of engraved bone. Iron mounts. Above lockplate burn marks "E" and "12". Wooden ramrod with iron end. Length 152 cm. With matching musket rest. Iron socket and shoe. Length 133 cm.
