Auf neuzeitlicher Holzlafette.Das Orginal, welches heute im Hafen von Brest steht, wurde im 16 Jhdt. in Algier für Hassan Pascha Ibn Hayreddin gegossen, ist sieben Meter lang und hatte eine Reichweite von fünf Kilometern. Ihren Namen erhielt die Kanone, weil im Jahr 1683 der französische Konsul in Algier Jean Le Vacher vor ihre Mündung gebunden und durch einen Schuss hingerichtet wurde.
