Description

Elongated tubular figure with Janus-headed finial. Both arms are brought to the head and form a circle. Instead of hands there are stylised animal heads. The lower part is divided lengthwise in the middle, indicating the legs. The lower ring mount broken. Otherwise intact. Length 22 cm. Accompanied by a 15.4 cm long stand with a conical base and button-shaped finial.

Provenance: Swiss private collection.
