Imported Italian two-stage barrels, octagonal then round, with smooth bores in 13.5 mm calibre. At the breeches fullered decoration with struck inscription "Lazarino Cominazzo". The barrel bases with cut leaf mascaron. Cut and engraved locks with signature "Steinweg in München". Iron openwork side plates. Full stocks with smooth iron furniture. Original wooden ramrods with flat iron tips. Length of each 47.5 cm.
Johann von der Steinweg started his apprenticeship in Vienna in 1661, from 1685 onwards recorded as gunsmith in Munich.
