Description

Cal. 9 mm Luger, SN. 0012, matching numbers. Barrel length 117 mm, matt bore, marked with Polish eagle. Magazine for eight rounds. No modern proof marks. Early pattern hammer, no decocking lever. Slot for shoulder stock. On the left side of the slide the two-line marking "Panstwowe Wytwórnie Uzbrojenia / Fabryka Broni w Radomu" (tr. "State owned arms factory in Radom"). Marked “55” in oval at the trigger guard. Spotty bluing, very thin at the grip, very fine pitting above the right grip panel. Hammer and trigger unblued, safety strawed. Varnished beech wood grips with fine chequering. Finely pitted magazine with seven windows. Lanyard missing (or maybe never installed). Further disassembly shows the serial number 12 also stamped onto the hammer, the mainspring housing and the extractor. Slide catch lever, grip safety and main spring unmarked.
