Orders and Military Collectibles from 1919 onwards | A109r | Live auction | 1186 Lots
Description
Each consists of a single sheet bearing the prisoner's name (handwritten or typewritten) at the top, along with pre-printed/hectographed columns for "Date – Time in – Time out – Escort – Room – Interrogator," with the respective details entered by hand. For Funk, there are 20 entries spanning May 11 to August 20, 1946; the names of the escorting soldiers are listed without rank, and the interrogator is not specified (likely the defense), with most sessions taking place in Room "55." For von Neurath, there are 27 entries from October 2 to December 8, 1945, in Rooms "55," "163," or "159," with interrogations mostly conducted by the "Defense." For Raeder, there are 21 entries from May 2 to July 6, 1946, predominantly in Room "55," also without an entry for "Interrogator." Dimensions: approx. 27 x 20.5 cm each. A fascinating insight into the interrogation procedures involving three defendants in the Nuremberg Trial of the Major War Criminals. Very rare.Condition: II Questions about the lot?
