Description

Illustrated certificate (training record) issued to Flieger (Airman) Adam Hohlbach for his training at the "HFC" flight school from May 5 to July 2, 1918; issued on July 3, 1918, and bearing handwritten signatures including that of Karl Caspar. Housed in its original wooden frame; the paper backing is partially torn. Dimensions: 48 x 58 cm. A very rare item! Luftwaffe parade dress belt for officers, featuring a silver-plated aluminum buckle with a gilded 2nd-pattern eagle emblem and a silver-thread woven belt; shows slight corrosion and is backed with gray fabric. Length: 84 cm. Shows signs of age and wear.

The auction starts on Wednesday, November 25, 2026 at 4 pm (CET), start subject to the timing of the preceding auction, with Lot no. 8001 - 8488 and continues on Thursday, November 26, 2026 at 10 am (CET) with Lot no. 8489 - 9186.
