Description

Pilot's Badge (zinc, unmarked), accompanied by the cloth version for enlisted men and NCOs. Two metal Luftwaffe cap eagles; two cap/breast eagles for officers (hand-embroidered); Luftwaffe belt buckle for enlisted men and NCOs with belt (iron, original finish); field post letters, photographs, postcards, songbooks, NSFK booklets, and small badges. Some photographs and documents are photocopies (reproductions). Herbert Höfler served, among other units, at Pilot Training School A 23. Shows signs of age and use.

The auction starts on Wednesday, November 25, 2026 at 4 pm (CET), start subject to the timing of the preceding auction, with Lot no. 8001 - 8488 and continues on Thursday, November 26, 2026 at 10 am (CET) with Lot no. 8489 - 9186. The pre-sale view will take place from May 12 - May 15 2026 in our auction rooms at Bretonischer Ring 3 in 85630 Grasbrunn / Munich from 11 am to 5 pm (CET).
