Description
Wound Badge in black (1st model) with certificate dated 15.10.43, Infantry Assault Badge (bronze, migrated) with certificate dated 15.10.43, Iron Cross 2nd Class with certificate dated 10.12.43 and letter, bearing the ink signature of Walter Krüger, Panzer Assault Badge in bronze (fine zinc, pin and hook missing) with certificate dated 30.01.44, bearing the signature of Otto Weidinger. Certificates for the Close Combat Badge I. rank dated 30.01.44 and II. rank dated 15.07.44, each with ink signature of Otto Weidinger. Close Combat Badge in fine zinc with iron plate, unsigned, painted over with silver bronze at a later time. Also included are letters and pay book inserts with the close combat days, among other items. Additionally an ID card as a student at the Nuremberg Conservatory dated 15.10.42 with passport photograph in uniform, and postwar correspondence with the Spruchkammer.
