Description

The silver-plated medal comes with a long, uncut suspension ribbon. Also included is an additional long section of ribbon featuring applied silver-plated swords, housed in a small packet bearing the imprint of the manufacturer Godet Berlin. Accompanying this is the award document (folded and creased)—issued on May 25, 1944, to a Red Cross nurse from Munich—along with the transmittal letter. An unassuming yet very rare award.
