Description

White-glazed porcelain with gold decoration, an inscription running around the base, and the coat of arms of the City of Munich in gold on the front, manufacturer's mark on the bottom. Height 27 cm. There is a small chip on the bottom edge. The “Blumenschmuck-Wettbewerb” was a competition for floral decorations organized by the City of Munich.

The auction starts on Wednesday, November 25, 2026 at 4 pm (CET), start subject to the timing of the preceding auction, with Lot no. 8001 - 8488 and continues on Thursday, November 26, 2026 at 10 am (CET) with Lot no. 8489 - 9186. The pre-sale view will take place from May 12 - May 15 2026 in our auction rooms at Bretonischer Ring 3 in 85630 Grasbrunn / Munich from 11 am to 5 pm (CET). Please make an appointment if possible to avoid waiting times.
