Description

Forstmann in parade uniform with dagger, officer's belt, white cap and large medal bar (including the Order of St. Stanislaus) on the deck and in front of the conning tower of his submarine U 11. Presumably shortly after the imperial manoeuvres of 1912. The plate glued and with age-related damage, in a metal frame with hanging loop. Frame dimensions 15 x 10 cm.
