Description

Field-grey wool cloth (moth traces, black mark on the lid) with medium-green trim band and lemon-yellow pipings (partly faded), black lacquered visor (crazed), officer's cockades of metal. Light-grey watered silk lining (some tears and stains) with depot stamp, sweatband of cream-coloured oilcloth (seam partly open). Partially slightly damaged, signs of wear and age. Rare.
