Description
Stitched coarse brown leather with riveted or sewn-on metal fittings. Three saddle bags, two of which bear the old inscription "O Lt. Schaal". A leather belt with a brass double-prong buckle, to which two triple-cartridge pouches are attached. A belt pouch, marked on the inside as ‘First-aid pouch for a cavalry medic’. A Y-strap. An M 1922 carbine boot and a spacer for a bladed weapon on the saddle. Also included are a leather case containing cooking utensils and a gas mask canister. Partially slightly damaged, with signs of wear and age.355513
