Description

Silver braid interwoven in black with an appliquéd gilded metal cipher “WR” below a crown and a rank star for an Oberstleutnant. White cloth backing (small holes) with a tongue for looping through. Signs of wear and age. Very rare. Gilded finish in beautiful condition.
