Description

Fine porcelain figure, painted in colour. Depiction of an officer in a green tunic with red lapels, epaulettes and helmet, mounted on a rearing white horse. Red saddle pad with crowned monogram “MJK”. Base bears the green underglaze Nymphenburg stamp mark with the Wittelsbach coat of arms, as well as an impressed mark. Height approx. 32 cm. Length approx. 24 cm. Sabre reglued at the centre, otherwise undamaged.
