Description
Black-lacquered leather body (with a few small dents and small rubbed areas that have been re-blackened, signs of heat damage on the visors) with grey iron fittings. Emblem secured by leather wedges (one missing), neck strap (ventilation slider), smooth spike (bayonet fastening) with base plate and four round-head split pins; leather chin strap attached to "Model 91" side posts; Imperial and state cockades made of lacquered sheet metal (showing wear). Light brown leather lining, on the neck visor inside; the name “Ludwig”. Partially slightly damaged; signs of wear and age. Rare.Condition: II Questions about the lot?
