Description
Sturdy, straight wedge-shaped blade (stained, partly pitted) with a double-edged central point and decorative etchings on both sides (hunting trophy, stag, tendrils, …). Gilded non-ferrous metal hilt, shell-shaped guard; three oval decorative rivets on the stag-horn grip. Black leather scabbard (worn, scraped) with brass fittings, including a side knife added at a later date. Signs of wear and age. Length 65 cm.Condition: II Questions about the lot?
