Description

Single-edged blade with fullers on both sides (rusty), clip point and a central ridge on the spine, factory-made. Brass vessel decorated in relief (slightly loose, traces of gilding) with a fishskin grip and wire winding. Black lacquered, leather-covered scabbard (rubbed) with brass fittings decorated in relief (traces of gilding), locking button at the scabbard mouth, two movable suspension rings. Pronounced signs of use and age. Length circa 41 cm.
