Description

Body of black patent leather (interior heavily rubbed, traces of heat), the lidded exterior covered in black velvet with silver braid interwoven in red, the lid silver embroidered with “VR” beneath a crown (“Victoria Regina” for Queen Victoria), fastening strap intact. Slightly damaged in places, signs of age and wear.
