Description
very well-preserved Bavarian pioneer's fascine knife ("PFM"), unit marking “B.1.P.E.1.169.” of the 1. Bavarian Pioneer Reserve Battalion, 1st company. Polished blade, the cutting edge untouched, the back saw sharp and undamaged. The barrel ring with unusual diameter of 21.5 mm. Housed in a Prussian scabbard, solid stitching, full length, perfectly fitting.
