Description
Cal. 4 (Signal), SN. 2261a, bright bore. Proof marks Eagle/“HK”. No loaded chamber indicator. Wide hammer. The left side of the frame with code “S/237 / 1938” (1st code assigned to BLM), thus made by Berlin-Lübecker Maschinenfabrik, Lübeck, in 1938. On the right side of the frame and the barrel four acceptance marks Eagle/Swastika/“28”. Made of Dural, anodized in black, holster wear on high edges, small parts in blued steel. Dark brown bakelite grips. Lanyard ring. The original holster of strong black leather. Inside the flap maker's mark in an oval “ALBIN SCHOLLE/1938/ZEITZ”, next to it acceptance mark Eagle/swastika/ “WaA170”. Solid stitching. Can be improved by cleaning. Cleaning brush missing.
