Cal. 7,65mmBrowning, SN. 558852, matching numbers. Bright bore. Magazine capacity eight rounds. One-line company marking and small Mauser logo on the left side, on the right side “Cal. 7,65 - D.R.P.u.A.P.”. On the left side below the original Mauser serial number the Norwegian police inventory number. The right side above the grip with Kriegsmarine acceptance mark Eagle/swastika above “M”. Upper left of the slide with a milled-out area marked "Politi" (= police), Norwegian crest and inventory number. Refinished and reblued during this time at the Kongsberg factory. Walnut grip with checkering and traces of wear from extended service.
