Description

Flintlock converted to percussion. Octagonal-to-round barrel. The lock plate unmarked. Full stock with iron mounts. Crisp ownership stamp on the right side of the butt. The left side of the butt marked "3 C". Stock with signs of age. Iron parts with surface rust and pitting. Sling swivel a later addition. With bayonet, quadrangular blade, leather scabbard. Condition would benefit considerably from careful cleaning. Length 143 cm.
