Cal. 7,65x53Arg, SN. 13250, numbers not matching. Barrel length 29", the bore matte and a bit frosted. Belgian ELG proof marks. On the chamber area the Peruvian crest, marked “REPUBLICA DEL PERU”, below which “Mauser Original”. On the receiver wall maker's name and model. The right side of the receiver pitted. Original bluing with wear and signs of age. On the right side of the walnut stock Mauser barrel. Stock with signs of wear, refinished and lacquered. Cleaning rod missing.
