Description

Conical, round rose-damascus barrel with reinforced muzzle, smooth bore in 13 mm calibre. The top decorated with iron-cut work, two struck marks around the breech. Finely silver-plated Miquelet lock, spring probably a replacement, with an indistinct date inlaid in silver on the underside. Three-quarter stock with set and fittings (several fittings missing) of nickel silver. Nickel silver ferrule ahead of the lock, containing a silver, filigree-decorated pricker with coral finial, suspended on a silver chain. Length 129.5 cm.
