Description

Octagonal damascus barrel with nine-groove rifling in 14 mm calibre, profusely inlaid with gold floral decoration above the breech and muzzle, with brass front sight and triple-aperture rear sight. Florally gold-damascened miquelet lock. Walnut shaft with perfectly preserved Shiras and bone inlays on the butt. Around the lock, trigger, and butt, rich openwork silver inlays with floral decoration. Three silver barrel bands and wooden (later) ramrod. Length 120 cm.
