Description

Roughly wing-shaped body with 46 small, inlaid mirrors. 5 mirrors missing, one broken. Stamped on one side with “Truche / Breveté S.G.D.G” and on the reverse with the company logo. Hollow inside for storing the cord. Pivoting flap on the bottom with recess for the spindle and locking mechanism. Accompanying cord with iron winding aid included. Wooden, two-part spindle (wooden thread of the earth spike no longer engages), with smooth-running pivot bearing and brass mountings. Earth spike of iron. Height 48.5 cm.
