Description

Thrusting blade of diamond section with long ricasso. Shell guard with circular openwork on both sides, long, straight crossguard with twisted finials. Basket hilt on the outside with openwork on the terce side. One clasp broken, riveting of one clasp to the knuckle bow loose. Twisted grip with iron wire winding, faceted, egg-shaped pommel with offset riveted button. Matching leather-covered scabbard with iron mounts decorated on the obverse. Leather heavily rubbed. Length 116 cm.
