Description
Sturdy, slightly fullered thrusting blade of triangular section. Heavy silver guard with a large, slightly asymmetrical guard plate. Fine trophy and rocaille decoration covering the entire surface on a finely chiselled ground. Grip with elaborate silver wire winding and Turk's heads. Leather scabbard with traces of black socket. Engraved and chiselled silver fittings (the locket open at the sides, the chape missing) with a moveable suspension ring. Length 101.5 cm.355161
