Description

Diamond-section thrusting blade with flattened central ridge. The upper third with fine etched ornaments depicting the hero Perseus. Heavy cast brass vessel in half-relief with knuckle bow and openwork guard plate. Grip with brass wire wrap. Round pommel with half-relief decor and offset riveted finial. Length 100 cm.
