Description

Double-edged blade with a fuller at the base, of lenticular section transitioning to diamond section. The upper third lavishly etched, among other things with a date and motto. Crossguard with ornamental silver inlay, on one side centrally with figural and on the reverse with floral damascening. Grip with later iron wire winding and iron Turk's heads. Six-faceted pommel with ornamental as well as figural and floral silver inlay. Length 95 cm.
