Description
Slender, slightly curved quadrangular beak. Slightly conical round hammer head at the rear. Iron belt clip inserted on the side and copper-soldered. Slightly conical round shaft with a round terminal knop at each end. Hilt with a round iron rondel, a side guard hook on one side. Grip with original leather cover over cord wrap. Iron pommel plate. Old stamped arsenal number “16” on the hammer head and guard hook. Surfaces with a dark age patina, pitted in places. Length 55.5 cm.Condition: II - Questions about the lot?
