Description
Simple curved blade with a sturdy forte. Engraved depiction of the Naga snake on both sides. Wooden hilt in heavily chased bird's-head shaped form on a plain nickel silver mendhak set with gemstones. Wooden scabbard mounted with brass sheet. Obverse with embossed ornament, reverse with slight traces of corrosion. Length 48 cm. Small golok with a slightly curved back blade, wide fullers with florally punched decor on both sides. Hilt of wood shaped as a stylized bird's head. Two-piece wooden scabbard, scabbard bands of brass wire. Length 41 cm.Condition: II Questions about the lot?
