Description

Lightly flamed bog iron blade with fine pamor. Narrow mendak in silver, the wire-decorated brass selut merging into a characteristically styled hilt of carved mahogany wood in the shape of a stylized bird. Wide acacia wood wrangka, the hardwood scabbard encased in finely chased silver mounts, the upper third decorated with an elaborate silver rosette and set with ruby(?) cabochons. Length 39 cm.
