Description

Blade of very straight shaped, shinogi zukuri, chu kissaki. Ko itame hada, sugu ha hamon. Brass habaki. Shortened nakago with one mekugi ana, mumei. Sukashi tsubas in bronze. Tsuka with black silk wrapping over same. Partially gilt fuchi/kashira in burnished copper with depiction of samurai. Copper menuki leaf-shaped. Black-lacquered saya with flying crane in gold lacquer. Blade length K/M 66.2 cm, overall length 102 cm.
