Description

Blade shinogi zukuri, chu-kissaki, made from a shortened katana blade. Surface acid-treated, hamon and hada not discernible. Stepped copper habaki. Nakago with one mekugi-ana, mumei. Depatinated mokko tsubas in bronze. Tsuka with yellow silk wrapping over same (slightly defective). Iron Fuchi/Kashira, non-matching. Menuki missing. Ribbed lacquered saya, kozuka missing. Blade length K/M 32.4 cm, overall length 52 cm.
