Description

Iron Tatami Hachi-Gane with short peak and two hinged bars. Dark linen lining with attachment straps. Hood and short jacket of butted rings with original linen lining. The jacket with bone buttons. Length approx. 80 cm. Plain armour of the type worn towards the end of the Edo period, for example by the Shinsengumi police forces.
