Description

Strongly curved scythe blade with double-edged head. Fine geometric silver damascening on the obverse. Sickle with socket tang. Round wooden haft added, reinforcing the inserted tang with a possibly associated iron ferrule. Surfaces pitted with rust. Length 112 cm.
