Description

A total of circa 360 cast bronze rings, mostly strung on modern cord. Accompanied by 25 rings with unfinished edges. Mostly of rhombic section with grey to green Patina. Diameter circa 16 mm each. A use as pre-monetary currency has also been considered for rings of this type. Cultural Asset!

Provenance: A private collection from northern Germany, acquired in the 1980s on the German art market.
